Congrats to PC on the big road victory when it counts. Coach Simms has the boys playing tough and you can throw out the records at this point.

Congrats to the Wildcats!! Really gritty effort, never-say-die attitude, got all the loose balls, defended really well, though HC didn't make them defend a whole lot. HC led by as many as 17 in the second quarter, but couldn't stand prosperity. PC missed a chippie at the end of the 2nd to take the lead, but you could tell where the momentum was.

Tough loss for the Breds, but a really inspiring effort by the Cats.

Harrison led by 17 and still lost? Unreal!

PC never gave up. Great game to watch. Congrats to the Wildcats.

Congrats to the Wildcats. Seems like they have come along way since early in the season. I guess that is March Madness for you as well.

Pendelton County needed this win! Great Job! This will be a move in the right direction for the pc ball club. Good luck in the region.

Congrats to the Wildcats and Coach Simms. I am one who believes Coach Simms will get the Wildcats back on track. This is only his 2nd season as the Head Coach at PC and some think he should be winning like the 05 and 06 teams did. Those years spoiled some of the PC fans. Give him time and they will be back to winning seasons again. Maybe not like the teams of 05 and 06, but those are teams that are far and few between at PC.

Districts starts a new season for all the teams in the State and PC is now 1-0 and headed to the Regionals. I am very proud of this team and especially proud of Coach Simms who I know has taken a lot of criticism this season. Keep your head up Coach I believe better days are coming.

GO PC WILDCAT GET R DONE

I am especially proud of the seniors that stuck it out when they had to play with the players they have never been with. GO PC:banana:

What players came back and if so, why were they allowed back? Didn't they have a couple quit mid-season?

Not sure what players coming back everyone is referring to. They had a player return from injury, I believe, but none that quit or were dismissed from the team returned.

I think he might be referring to the Seniors playing with the JV players that they had never played with before. None of the players that left the team came back.

None of the players that quit or dimissed came back. The one that returned was injured. There were not any Seniors that played with the JV team except when playing Varsity ball.

You got that right Sharp, I don't know where it says, someone came back. I was referring to the 2-3 seniors playin with the younger boys. Thanks for clariying that for me while I was out.

Wow!!!!! Was I wrong. I would've bet anything on Harrison to win this, but that's why we call this March Madness. Congrats to the Wildcats.

JV players moving up to Varsity our the ones I am referring too. Not the seniors moving down they can't do that.

I agree, but thats the difference in Team Ball versus Me or I Ball. The best team wins not the most talented individuals who put themselves above the team.
