The 2005 Pendleton County Wildcats team has to be mentioned, they graduated three players in Belcher, Verax, and O'hara that all went on to play D1-3 ball.

They are returning some key skilled players in their qb wr's and their running back they just need a few big linemen and they'll be set.

Congratulations Cats. I think you all had a great game. You played hard and if you had a little more height, you would have been fine. Also, congrats to the seniors, you played great.....what a way to end your season. You all should feel really proud. Hats off to Montgomery County, you have a great team.

Pendleton is coming off some big wins the past 3 games. If they play like they have been they will be ok, but they wont have enough power to stop Montgomery. I take the Indians by 8.

Why are people going around saying this stuff, how did it get started? This forum is not for rumors so stop it. Pendleton has none of the players that quit, on the team!!!!! FACT!~!! There were 5 seniors, now there are only 3, 1 jr. quit, and 1 junior got kicked off, they are not back!

Pendleton brings the fans!!!! You talk about support.... They had more fans than the Breds had at the tourney..... So expect Pendleton side to be full, but I don't know how Deming fans are.....:fight:

You got that right Sharp, I don't know where it says, someone came back. I was referring to the 2-3 seniors playin with the younger boys. Thanks for clariying that for me while I was out.

I am especially proud of the seniors that stuck it out when they had to play with the players they have never been with. GO PC:banana:

I go with Deming by 2, but I hope Pendleton pulls it off, they have worked great together the last few weeks. Would make up for last years upset!!!!!:flame:

I think that the coaches definitely need to step up and let each kid on the team know just how important they are and that he needs them all to make a winning team. One coach that I can think of but will not mention a name, he thinks he doesn't need the players that quit and he only needs the younger ones. He should have praised more and belittled less. On the other hand, once a kid starts a sport, I think the parent needs to let them know that quitting is not the thing to do, but stick it out and be there for your TEAM!! Because if the coach doesn't care before the kid quits, he sure isn't going to care after the kid leaves, so the parent needs to let that kid know to be there for his TEAM......
