The coach of the school nominates as many as he wants. And from my understanding, if you get one vote you are honorable mention. This is the way I understand it.

 

I would say Mason Co. nominated 3 and didn't want to nominate a 4th.[/quote

I have talked with Coach O'Hearn and Coach said that Ethan King was nominated along with three Royals who were selected. It does take five votes to make honorable mention. I have seen Ethan play a lot and he deserves honorable mention as he has been the most consistent Royal all year.]

I presume that all regions have an 'all region' team. Apparently they aren't all announced at the same time.
