I would say Frankfort High's Senior Night of 2006-2007 season when The Panthers knocked off The #1 Danvielle Admirals by more than 2 touchdowns.

 

Highest scoring game would have to be when Frankfort High beat Bracken County 84-0.

 

If I were thinking about biggest wins for Frankfort's program I would go back to the 70's. In consecutive years the Panthers upset #1 ranked Harrodsburg in the Regional finals (1976 & 1977). Those were some very talented Pioneer squads but Frankfort proved better each night.

 

The '77 team went on to the Class A finals only to lose to Bellvue and the Suptkamp's. (sp?)

That highest scoring night against Bracken would personify everything that is wrong about sportsmanship. Man, nobody should have to take a beating that bad, unless it was payback from one they dealt out.

Ludlow's 1975 state championship game has already been mentioned. However another game that very same year was almost as big. Ludlow beat Dixie in 1975 to break a 22 year losing streak to the Red Colonels.

The 1998 semifinals win over Beechwood 29-13 (ending The Beechies 38 game win streak) ,The atmosphere at the game and after was unbelievable.

 

And of course the following week 27-6 State Championship win over undefeated Mayfield.

 

I remember that game like it was last night. Middlesboro was a very very tough team that year, probably one of the toughest teams ever to come through Kentucky Class A. After that game, Yeagle said that we could have played them ten times and they would win nine of them.
