YankeeFan22
Dang... wood floors and water don't get along too well. How bad are the damages? I would venture to guess horrible. You are right those two do not mix very well at all.
jlaw
If you would dive on a lose ball, well it would cause a little damage to the skin. More than usual. Folks, its not good. Its about time to start passing the hat and seeing what we get, because new wood is needed.

jlaw
As for the money being spent, not much was spent on the gym. It was rumored that we would be getting a new floor in the next year or two any who. Now, it seems a little more a needed.
STRIKE3
Is the court, setting on top of a concrete slab or elevated, with wood joists. Reason I ask, water can be absorbed by concrete and then in hot/cold cycles, expansion and contraction can result, leading to additional damage. You hate to hear, about accidents affecting students and the use of a gym, for not only games but other activities.
