January 27, 200818 yr The SAE house at Univeristy of Evansville is really nice. It's really clean and orderly as well. I've never been to any others, though...so maybe it's unique???? The SAE's always had the money at every college not like us poor TKE's, but I wouldn't change for the world

January 27, 200818 yr No problem with people partying and getting sick, but you do have to clean after yourself. My apartment in college was always kept tidy and clean and we partied with the best of them. I just think that if a place STINKS so bad it has to be closed to to be cleaned before someone can continue to live there, THAT IS A PROBLEM! Some places it is a requirement? HAHA!

January 28, 200818 yr The Delt's have a new house that is absurd. My son is a UK Delt and the house is unbelievably nice. They have the largest plasma TV I have ever seen.
