Great job BB, I couldn't believe the improvements that team has made since early in the season. St. Pat may have been the better team earlier, but at this point BB is the better team hands down. Represent the 10th well:dancingpa

The team the Saints had to beat to go to the State was and is Brossart every year. St Pat should have never scheduled a game with them a week before the Class "A". Schedule Brossart early or late but noy close to the tournament. Also playing Deming three times before the Class "A" nearly came back to haunt them. Schedule a little different. Just my opinion!!!!!!

Tough loss for the Saints who are playing so well this year. May have run out of gas a bit in the fourth but gave it their best effort. Nothing to hang their heads about but keep on getting better and enjoy the ride. The Saints are fun to watch as they always play hard and give their best. This is all anyone can ask.

 

 

The Saints actually made their run in the 4th, but BB did a good job of holding their composure. Agree they are a fun bunch to watch, and give it their all every night. Tough to give a staff as good as BB's too many chances, and I think they may have held a couple things back in the earlier games. Also have to understand the Mustang players had virtually zero varsity experience coming into this season, and are growing as the season goes on.

Press 94' for 32 minutes and then drop back into a zone. Use a variety of zones and zone traps.

Very undisciplined. Love to run up and down the court and shoot the ball at first opportunity.

They are and have been one of the most disciplined teams I have ever seen, on both sides of the ball. I would say they are a well balanced team with great coaching.

I have not seen them play but a couple of times early in the year.

 

Weak inside, guard play is weaker. They are too slow to press. Most times they just stand around on defense. On offense they like to shoot the tray.

 

Maybe, they are becoming a better overall team or just that the 10th regional is not that strong in "A" schools.
