I don't like how the pages in the top left corner are stacked vertically instead of horizontally. Anally speaking...

I think the layout looks fine. The placement of the google ads is spot on. Really thought the ads ruined a smooth flow before.

 

And I really can't pick up on how it's too gray or not enough color? May have not paid attention before, but I thought it was always shades of blue and gray.

What size monitor are you using sticky? They are horizontally for me but I am on a 24.

That font by the PM's will need to be made lighter cause you couldnt see it very well at all

My BGP screen is about half that size because I have other things going on on my pc but in the old format, they are horizontal all the time. The new format stacked them vertically. I didn't try to maximize the page in the new version to see if they'd lay horizontally. I'll try that when it goes back.
