FCPRESS Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 CCHS Camel 1 called it. Bellevue in an upset.
ATown Pride Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Wow. I see a week of discussion on why Deming loss this one. Hope the Devils can get it together soon.
Billy Clyde Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 They have to put two halfs of basketball. They can't win games when they play only 8 or 16 minutes. They were lucky to play the game as close as they did. Down 16 at the half and 3 at the end of the 3rd. Only to lose in overtime. Guys you've got a week to get this thing figured out! Heading into the Class A. You have got to have heart and believe in yourself. I know you can do it. Do you?
bigblueinsanity Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Wow. I see a week of discussion on why Deming loss this one. Hope the Devils can get it together soon. They need to with the 10th Region All A around the corner.
GrizzlyAdams Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Wow. I see a week of discussion on why Deming loss this one. Hope the Devils can get it together soon. I don't see why it was such a big suprise, coach Vories has the Tigers playing great ball going into the all a in two weeks. People keep overlooking them and that's what they want.. Good job boys keep it up next week.. Enter the all a on a good streak..
GrizzlyAdams Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Looks like CCHS camel 1 had a great prediction.. Another great night for Kessen wit 21.. And also Bryan had a career assist total with 9.. Great pick...:ylsuper:
SkipToMyLou Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Didn't make it to this one I had to see the Mason game but tough loss for the Devils. Congrats to Bellevue on the win. I haven't spoken to anyone yet about the game. Any stats?
cchs_camel_1 Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 what can I say I'm a champion. Just kidding. The first Bellevue pick i've gotten right in weeks
SugarDaddy Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 :fire: I have been to several Deming games, missed tonight went to Mason County. Deming gets in a hole early then they scrap and fight to get back in the game. What is up with the coaching. The game plan is first one down the floor shoot. Don't try to get their own rebounds when they miss. I am looking for some defense. Try stealing the ball, blocking a shot once in a while. If everyone is guarding the King boys why cant some of the other players step up? I will be back to see if Deming will start playing team ball soon.

The problem I see with this is when the Kings are doubled I see them get frustrated and try to create for themsleves. The other players can score it's just a matter of moving the ball and getting an open look.
D-UP Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 I was talking to someone last night and they said the first and second half featured two different teams for the devils, defensively and offensively. I would like to see these boys come ready to play in the Class "A" Tournament. I am looking forward to some of the best basketball games the 10th region Class A has seen in a long time. Also glad to hear it is back at one site.
Qryche11 Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Congrats to the Bellevue boys for winning this one. Kessen seems to have really developed as a player and is not just a deadeye shooter.
StepYoGameUp Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Congrats to Bellevue. ^ I heard that most of Kessen's points came off of 3's.
