Anyone have an idea of Salmons ideas offensively and defensively?

The community, fans, and school system need to be patient though. Having success as a football player doesn't always translate into having success coaching. Just because you were a great player and played at the college or professional level, doesn't mean you will make a great coach. This will be his first head coaching job and he will go through growing pains and learn and gain valuable knowledge with experience. So I hope people will be patient with him and allow him to grow and mature as a Head Coach. We live in a society of instant gratification and the coaching profession sometimes is a hard one to be in because of this. However I think he will do a great job and with time will turn into a great head coach. I hope he keeps coach Dixon and coach Preece on staff to help him turn the program around.

Good luck to Luke. I think that he will bring some new energy to the program. I just hope that he has the maturity to handle the head coaching position and some of the baggage that can often be added to running a team. I think that he will get the support from the community that he needs.

I want to congratulate Coach Salmons on being selected the new Head football coach at LC. I wish him only the best. I know he will have the community's support for a program that desperately needs him. I have been outspoken on this issue only because of my love for the program. Everybody needs to get behind the program and let's get started off right. My main concern has been answered. I know Coach Salmons can get the kids that want to play football back on the field. Congratulations and once again may the bulldogs be the feared team it once was. Go Dawgs!!!

You could not have said that better and I know that Coach Sammons will put his all into the job. There WILL be growing pains but LC is talent rich and a guy as devoted to football as he is will bring it out for the Louisa faithful.

 

I do hope Coach Sammons keeps the likes of Dixon and such but these guys all have to be on the same page. Good luck to Bulldog fans and coaches alike. I think this is a really good hire.:thumb:
