January 2, 200818 yr Author USC is hard to pick against. I am not too confident in LSU, although I think they'll get the championship. They could have been 8-4 as easily as they could have been 12-0. Lucky for them, they found the happy median.

I just continue to think that it is hilarious on how many times that threads on this come up. My point is that we all know that it "ain't gonna happen :lol:", the best that we can hope for imo is plus one format. That imo would keep the Bowls in place (which is what it is all about, the Bowls and the $$$ ) and still give us a "semi final" so to speak. I think that we will see this in the future and I am o.k. with this format.......... JMO I apologize if this is taken as hi-jacking this thread, it is not meant that way. :thumb:
