Tired? Holmes played 4 nights in a row too! Congrats to all teams involved, and also to Mike Key who put on a superb tournament!

Of course the Holmes players slept in their own beds and ate Moms cooking at home too. Much harder on a team living out of a hotel to play four games in four nights...

Daviess played a box and 1 on Henderson the whole first half but were forced to come out of it.

 

Henderson and Avery both had around 15 for Holmes with everyone contributing.

Agreed, Hope they do this every year. Very nice for the local teams and fans, getting to play and see teams from all over the state.

 

Heard a few Holmes players were lighting it up with the 3's, I know a few of the Daviess Co. were not feeling too well week as well. But, IMO Holmes is the favorite in the 9th, at least my favorite to win it.

Are we really comparing Holmes players living situation to other schools here? Congrats to Holmes. I heard they played really well last night. I think they'll be an awfully tough out come March.

Gallatin gave Holmes the best game of the Tournament. Holmes players were very polite to our players after the game. Good Luck to Holmes in the 9th!!!

Male has the widest and toughest post player in the state in Dexter Heyman.

Heyman went for 18 of their 49 points.
