Exactly, I knew what I was getting into when I left Jacksonville, FL to stay with family here in Kentucky. BUT with that said, I need to have several 24 screen theatres within 10 miles of where I live or I feel like I'm trapped in the land that time forgot. :lol:

December 4, 200718 yr Growing up 10 minutes from Baltimore and 30 from DC; I've often been asked what I missed most. Good seafood, and being able to look in the paper and choose from about a gazillion theaters, clubs, etc.

December 4, 200718 yr I don't think I could ever live more than half an hour outside of a big city. Heck, the last place I lived, I had to drive 45 minutes just to go to the liquor store. Not that I mind small towns — I've lived in small towns most of my life — there's something to be said for the convenience of living close to a big city (or in one, as was the case when I lived in Covington).
