Deep 3 pointer Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 Now that there have been some scrimmages and games, any new predictions or thoughts for this season?
striker Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 No... Mason will win with ease... They could lose every game this year up until districts, and I would still expect them to win it.
mhighfield Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 1.Mason 2.Montgomery 3.Clark 4.Campbell (little erry without verst) 5.St. Pat much improved 6.Harrison (loss of talbot hurts) 7.Pendleton 8.Scott 9.Deming 10.Bishop Brossart/Augusta

Striker with the schedule they have they could loose every game almost:scared:,It is scary.I'm J/K but i think your right this might be one of those years where theres 1 and theres 2-9 that you could flip flop.

Mason is just scary good this year... They were unbelievablly talanted last year, but they just lacked a vocal leader other than Pawsatt, IMO... This year the big man is finally a senior and he'll lead the team... Miller will make Mason Co. forget about the 2003 class, IMO.
striker Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 1.Mason 2.Montgomery 3.Clark 4.Campbell (little erry without verst) 5.St. Pat much improved 6.Harrison (loss of talbot hurts) 7.Pendleton 8.Scott 9.Deming 10.Bishop Brossart/Augusta Brossart is down, but I'd still put them ahead of Deming...
mhighfield Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 Brossart is down, but I'd still put them ahead of Deming... Maybe ,The King twins are showing so far they can ball though.Really i think 4-10 could be a toss up most any night.:thumb:

I agree Mason is at the top...then as the season goes on we may see some suprises in some teams...most are young and/or with little varsity experience.
bigblueinsanity Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 1. Mason Co 2. Everyone Else. Mason lost 2 key seniors to graduation last year Scott, and Pawsat both played very hard.
KY Thorobred Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 1.Mason 2.Montgomery 3.Clark 4.Campbell (little erry without verst) 5.St. Pat much improved 6.Harrison (loss of talbot hurts) 7.Pendleton 8.Scott 9.Deming 10.Bishop Brossart/Augusta Are you sure that Talbot is not playing??? The football team is still in season so whether he is currently on the football team or not now, he couldn't play basketball untill football finishes up. I think it is some kind of KHSAA rule or something.
Quagmire Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 As I stated in another thread I think it's way too early to try to rank everyone. I do believe we all agree that Mason County is #1 but after that it's going to be a mad scramble. And how much fun is that going to be!?!?!?!

Quagmire Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 The scramble to find out who will be there in March will be fun. And MC is very good, clearly #1 in the 10th region but lets not give them the hardware yet. For at least 7 more minutes it's only November.

Barring any injuries to MC, no one in the 10th region will beat MC. MC is on another level compared to every other 10th region team.
