If it's already elsewhere online you just copy the picture's link location and paste it between  and . If it isn't being hosted elsewhere you have to attach it.

I upload them to photobucket, then use the post link icon on the reply screen.

This one is a little dark but I'm Beer Man--this is from this year's Halloween. Same two girls as last year. The belt had holsters that held a six pack!
