Thanks, Pack Man!!

Wolfe was the smaller team but they hustled and played well together. They won the first half 34 to 29. Jenkins had the momentum at the begining of the 2nd half. They led 8to 0 and maintained the lead for about 8 minutes or so. The teams traded leads a few times at the end Wolfe had the last shot but missed and jenkins won by 2.

How about Knott vs Cumberland ??

Yeah, I'd like to hear details of the Knott game and the Cordia Vs Owsley game if anyone knows anything.

Thanks

I found this on another site, sorry there are no details!

Buckhorn won thier game against Harlan. Said Buckhorn had one of their players out hurt, and it did not say who it was.

If anyone has any details about this game, or any of the others please share. Thanks!

Anyone get to see Leslie Co.? I haven't heard much about them. Are they down this year or did they lose a lot of seniors last year, which makes them young? Who is there best player?

What was your opinion of Knott Co. Central? If you were at the game. Thanks!

Cumberland played without their point guard (Brock Leisge) I think he may have sprained his knee in practice and might be out for a week or two.

Owsley and Cordia game was a physical game that seemed to be an advantage for Cordia. Cordia shot the ball well and I don't remember Hurt missing too many shots. The big guy down low really was a hustler and caused problems for Owsley. Owsley had 2 starters out in center Josh Reed and PG Jeremy Pierson. Pierson out on a church trip and Reed out due to a bruised ankle but I believe is expected to play in the first game on thursday. Also another Manious player wasnt there for a reason unknown by me.

Cordia had another guard that seemed to be able to set up an offense well and iniatiate the offense. Cordia won big the first half and only won by under 10 ( i believe) the 2nd.

More Stampers from Knott County? When I went to Morehead in the 1970s, there was a Herbie Stamper from Knott County who played for the Eagles. I think he also had a brother who played there as well.
