I'm not sure why you don't see how good they are. There aren't going to be bad enough to lose.
You don't know that. I know how good they are, that doesn't mean they can't have an off day. It doesn't mean they can't be beat.

^ It would take a lot more than an off day. They would have to have some very serious injuries, be facing a good team, then have an off day. The fact is they have an excellent system. Not only that, but they have incredibly talented players to fit into that system, they are the ultimate team. They work together, which is praiseworthy enough for most teams, but are studs at nearly every position, which would also be praiseworthy enough for most teams. Coupling those together with a coach that is clearly able to harness it all and keep them on track, and you've got one deadly equation.

No, an off day would do it. You guys are a little over the top about the Pats, like they're super human or something, well, they're not.

Who were the injuries against the Colts? I believe it was Indy who was short handed and definitely could have beat them that day.

Yeah, they definitely could have. Probably should have.

Agreed. Clearly, the Pats are the best team. But there are a handful that can beat them no doubt.

It's official, even if they don't win the SuperBowl, this is the sickest team to ever grace the NFL. 4 TD's from Moss in the first half??? 15 on the year, all this without a dominant running game, that offense makes Heath Evans look like a probowl RB. Just wait until next Sunday night's game, even with McNabb the Eagles will get crushed.

They are on next Sunday night also? INSERT " A smiley throwing up "

Yeah, but it seems to me that they aren't losing focus. I expected this to be a closer game today, and they blasted a decent Bills team. At the least, Belichick is tops in the league as far as keeping them focused and holding the carrot on the stick. I think the Steelers have the potential to give them a tussle, but I won't be surprised to see another lopsided Pats victory, then I think the Colts could give them a game in the AFC Championship, then they'll cruise through the SB.

:lol:They ARE the best team EVER to play the game. Period.

The Colts did have a few injuries, but they did not see the Pats best game, thats sure as well. You cant crown them just yet, but they are MUCH better than the rest of the league right now.

 And if the Colts had Moss they could have beat the Pats also...Coulda, shoulda, woulda...

There's a big difference in the injuries excuse and the mistakes excuse. If healthy I really believe the Colts would have won that day. The secondary was very banged up, no Harrison, Gonzalez goes out early, I believe the O-Line was banged up and so on... That's an absolutely HUGE advantage for the Pats and it was still a very close game.
