November 20, 200718 yr What teams do you think can beat them? Well, the Steelers are going to beat them, I heard.
November 20, 200718 yr Who were the injuries against the Colts? I believe it was Indy who was short handed and definitely could have beat them that day. How about as one-sided an officiating crew as I've ever witnessed in an NFL game? I'd say they more than made up for the injuries Indy was suffereing from that day. The fact is, the Patriots did have an off-day against Indy. They played 9 good minutes of football and beat the defending Super Bowl Champions...9 Minutes! If they can beat Indy in the dome with 9 good minutes, it's a real stretch to think they're going to lose at any point this season barring an injury to Tom Brady. Pittsburgh...the same Pittsburgh that got beat by the Jets...the same Pittsburgh team that is 2-3 on the road...they're going to roll into Foxboro and beat New England? The NYGiants...the same NYGiants who have played exactly two upper tier teams (Green Bay and Dallas twice) and have lost by a combined score of 68-111...two of those games were in New York...they're going to play host to the Pats and beat them? That's far and away the two best opponents New England has to play the rest of the way, and it's blind optimism to think either of them can even keep the game under double digits, must less win.
November 20, 200718 yr That was about as an efficient offensive performance as I have ever seen in the NFL.
