I thought it just showed exactly where this family's hear is when the dad stated at the end of the show that they will continue to work everyday to "earn" the house and not just look at it as a free gift. Man, if you didn't get tears in your eyes watching this show, you are probably one heartless person. :lol:

I'm not going to lie, I cry almost everytime I watch this show! I hate that I missed it tonight. Is there any channels that replay recent shows?

I didn't want the show to end. I know I could learn a thing or two from Patrick Henry.

Jesse was also inspiring. He was at a rural nursing home when I was growing up. they couldnt provide the needs for a deaf, blind & mute person, so I didnt know where he ended up. It is amazing he has lived his life without sight, hearing and couldnt talk.

 

He & Patrick are both really really inspiring!!! The family seemed very greatful & should live a great and fulfilling life!!!

I also don't think we have heard the last of Patrick Hughes. I think it is safe to say that with last night's episode we saw a star in the making.

If the daytime or late night talk shows are looking to boost ratings, they have to look no further than a visit from P. Hughes.

Patrick Henry has the perfect outlook on life. It dosen't matter what you look like, what color your skin is. It don't matter what's on the outside, but it's what kind of person you are on the inside. He has will power too. He don't see his diabilties as a disadvantage, but as an advantage and just goes on and lives his life. He is one remarakble person.

 

His dad is also a very amazing person. He is a very, very good father. He always puts his child infront of him. He goes to band practice, learn the routines and moves, and all the band stuff with him, so that he can have a chance just like a person without diabiltites would get. He works a night shift to provide for his family and goes on very little sleep. He is a very special person, too

 

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition is proabably the best show there is. It is benifitial to people. It helps families that are down, unfortuanate, and tragedies withing families. It gives people and families a boost with their lifes when they are down and out of it. That's all anyone needs when they are down just a little help every now and then. This is an extoridnary show.
