Yeah, I agree. I am hearing HHS attempted maybe 3 passes in the first half.

I am not real happy about the lack of balance or better yet the threat. I think it will definately bite them sooner or later. These passing games are not just things that you just decide to turn on when they are needed. Just not enough wealth being spread around imo.
