October 30, 200718 yr Hold on a minute, if you think that half of this junk would happen in the elite franchises, I can't agree. Who owns this team? Do you think for one second that Dan Rooney would sit still for this? Do you think that this would happen in NE or Indy or Denver? Marv would be gone, the ship would be cleaned and I'd start over if it were me. However, Mr. Brown is worried about he bottom line, is his organization profitable? Wins and losses sometimes don't matter. I'd make a serious statement to the fans of Cincy that the bull is gonna stop with the players, the head coach (brand new one) is ultimately responsible for decisions on the field and will be addressed accordingly. Is that not what you pay him for? As for personnel decisions, I don't know who is responsible for them, but I'd make some changes there as well. Can't disagree with you here.:thumb:

Plain and simple - imo untill there are changes from the very top all the way down the results will be the same. Now............Having said that I have come to the conclusion that it is Tubby Smith's Fault!! :sssh::scared: Crap forgot about him. His fault too! :laugh::laugh:
