Heisman hopes are over

Tebow is injured now, just like I thought would happen.

Of course, since you are always right :thumb:

I'm not so sure.

Me either. Of course people on here thinks he will be but not me.

I think he will still get invited but wont win.

Yeah, up until this weekend I truly thought that him or Tim Tebow were the 2 most deserving players. But he did not play that well. At the same time he didn't play as bad as his numbers showed. The 1st pick was a 3rd and 10 play where he threw it deep. The 2nd pick was a deep pass that Stevie Johnson where Johnson stepped off his route and the 3rd was a desperation play. I thought it really hurt bad to not atleast have the threat of Keenan Burton on the field today.

Sometimes bad play is contagious and the entire team had it today. Woodson actually played okay, but not like a Heisman winner.

You obviously didn't watch the same game that I did. Heisman worthy QB's find a way to rally their teams in the darkest of hours. IMO he actually played worse than his numbers showed. Several poor reads, underthrown balls that led to the INT's, and a botched play fake. He had a bad game. That doesn't make Woodson a bad QB, but please don't offer it up like he played well and it was those "other" guys that made him look bad. I didn't see anyone saying that Matt Ryan played well even though his receiver dropped umpteen passes on Thursday night, and he actually led his team to a come from behind victory.

As crazy as this season has been, I don't think Woodson is 100% out yet. He'll have to play EXCELLENT football in every game from here on out though. And that still might not be enough.

I think Dixon is really making a move.

Dixon passed Woodson. If Woodson can lead UK to the SEC championship then he could possibly still be in it. But I don't see UK beating UGA and maybe UT.

Two of UK losses Woodson played well below his abilities. While I understand it's a team game he was getting all the credit with the big wins, so I guess it works both ways.

Mr. Buzzer Beater, just noticedyour new avatar. Are you from Mississippi, or are you a "band wagon" fan?

I am a bandwagon man I guess since that is what everyone else tells me. I changed it because of seeing what some else's said.

Lighten up, Francis. I was just asking you. I thought your avatar was BC, then I noticed you changed it to MSU, which I thought was odd, not many from Mississipi on here that I know of.

First of all the 1st INT was a bad pass. The 2nd INT, if you watched and even listened to the announcers you would have heard them say that Steve Johnson broke off his route slightly. Had he kept running straight I believe he would have been able to make a play on the ball. The 3rd INT was just a desperation play. The fumble was the running backs fault for going the wrong way and he never played again. So apparently we did watch 2 different games.

And again, I said he did not play like a Heisman trophy candidate should.

It's just some people on here see me as a bandwagon jumper.

Your avatar changes seem to point to that. Are you a NE Patriot fan by chance? What about Tom Brady?
