Olde Stone

Featured Replies

Have not played it, but have talked to several people that have. I hear it is amazing, and that it really could reach Valhalla status one day.

I must not get out to the western part of the state very often; I thought it was an ice cream place when I first saw the title.:D

Everyone I've talked to that have played both Valhalla and Olde Stone say Olde Stone is MUCH better and MUCH tougher.

I am hoping to play it Nov. 11th while I'm in BG to watch Troy play WKU. It won't be the same as playing it in warm weather, but I really don't care. I'm really excited about playing it.

GolfWeek just named it one of the best new courses in the Country (#14 I think). I hadn't heard much about it, but it is now officially a must play.

Ja, I look forward to your full report after the 11th. :D

Well, its bent grass, so it should still be in pretty good shape when you go. I know the rough wont be like it has been though. I heard the stuff was just nasty at the Senior Open. You know you'll need to come back and tell us about it when you play it.
