You'll have plenty of time to sleep when you're dead! (What movie?)

Melatonin. It is available in the vitamin section at walmart. It comes in 1 mg and 3 mg. I use the 1mg and just take half of it if I am having trouble falling asleep. You will sleep like a baby and wake up more rested than you could imagine. No hangover sleepiness like you get with Tylenol PM. I know it is safe; it was recommended by my kid's pediatrician! SWEET DREAMS!

I dont know how old you are... but if your past Benadryl your entering the RX realm. Most DR's wont give sleep aides to someone under 25. They will say your just hyper... caffeine.. you have bad sleep hygiene... blah blah. Although, if you can legit tell them you are having insomina.. they might give you a trial of Ambien, which has a generic now, so it wouldnt break the bank.

I took this as well, it works.

Do not drink Coffee. Do take a sip or 2 (literally) of Mt. Dew.

I do eat late at night.

I do not (although I should, especially since I eat late at night) exercise regularly.

Doesn't sound like you are getting too much caffeine, unless you eat a lot of chocolate. Fatty foods, alcohol (even though I kidded about it as a sleep-aid), lack of exercise will keep you awake.

Try getting in a 30 to 40 minute walk a day and try reading before bed. Some white noise wouldn't hurt either.

I'm about 4 years under that.

Thanks for the advice from all.

Melatonin for me was placebo.... but hey it might work for you EVERY medicine works different for each person.

I wouldn't even recommend it... if you got on an RX you would get addicted probably. Most do who ive seen on it.

I'll try the others first (Melatonin, Placebo)

Placebo seems to cure a lot of problems... :bunny:

You should try the drug free way first, IMO.

See: Placebo... :jump:

I would go with Placebo as well. It's guaranteed to work, and there are no side effects reported.
Some white noise wouldn't hurt either.
Like Barry Manilow?
