Louisville @ Cincinnati...Thoughts?

The point he is yet to realize, as me and GT were discussing last night, despite UL's dreadful play so far, they have yet to be out of a game this year...

They may not have been out of a game but look at who they played in their losses? Who should have pummeled them?

UK...nip and UK is top 20ish this year.

Syracuse...the Orange is a dreadful team.

Utah...very average...

They were favored in everyone one of those games, and some very decisively...the ony game they can say was a tossup would have been UK.

This I would think should be a pretty good game. I don't think I'd want to be Cincinnati going into this game though.

UC pulls this one off by 14.

Will this be the best defensive backfield Brohm has faced all season?

I think UC will win but there's no way it's a blowout. It's definitely within 10 and probably a lot closer...IMO

By far the best DB's he's seen. If they can get pressure up the middle, all will be fine... :D

Honestly I feel much better that their focus will be to bring the pressure up the gut....with Eric and Brock...I feel the middle should be protected fine...the right end...not so much.

What's up with the UofL receivers? Urrutia back? Weren't they missing someone else?

They were missing Urrutia, Douglas, Stripling, and Spillman.

Geez. Was Douglas hurt or was that a housekeeping issue?

Also, will all of those cats be back?

Pressure from the ends will be a constant. I know the strength is up the middle and stabilizing the pocket. Push said pocket back and they you create problems he isn't used to...

Douglas still wasn't where he needed to be. Urrutia got hurt in practice on Wednesday...Stripling will be back this week, I personally don't think we'll see Spillman this year again, maybe not ever.

I agree with that....If they can get Urrutia and Douglas where they need to be....UC will be bringing 7 guys....UL will need to protect their butts off to be successful. IFF they can protect, Brian will do very well against man coverage

UC no longer runs man...

This would be an awesome game to attend...

Even better to be standing on the field being paid to take it in... :D
