Nice article by Daugherty in Enquirer today. Basically, it said it might be time to start worrying when the head coach - heretofore the antithesis of the "moral victory" type of coach - is tickled that his team played well for one half of the game.

Starting to believe that Marvin is a solid defensive coordinator, but not a head coach. There are just guys that can't handle the extra responsibilities. The Bengals have had several - Coslet and LeBeau. I'll take Marvin as defensive coordinator, Wyche as offensive coordinator, and Forrest Gregg as my head coach. That should fix everything.

Or maybe not.

IMO the bengals problems this year have been a result to injuries on defense which they couldnt afford considering who they had werent great players just decent ones. And then poor offensive line play. Also the offense is to basic. There is no imagination. No Deep passes, no trick plays, seems to consist of off tackle right or left, or sweep right or left. The passing game is quick outs or 15 yrd comebacks. Which could just be the result of Palmer having no time to throw.
