September 30, 200719 yr If UK takes care of business in Columbia, and LSU beats Florida, UK could be looking at a 2 game lead on Florida in the East. :scared:
September 30, 200719 yr My buddy told me that the UK/LSU game had been moved to 3:30 and picked up by CBS, so he said that he thought Gameday wouldn't be allowed to come. Anyone know if they can still come even if CBS does the game?

September 30, 200719 yr That's what I was thinking. Maybe they will still show up, hopefully UK can take care of business at USC
September 30, 200719 yr I can definitely see that happening. I've been saying this all week, I didn't actually think it'd happen but it sounds cool..
September 30, 200719 yr I am almost more nervous than excited about the game on Thursday. I want so badly to be optimistic but the years of losing keep creeping in like a bad dream that won't die. I do believe in this team, I do have big dreams, but I need these gloom and doom thoughts to leave me alone! Its like a argument between myself that never ends. :argue:
October 1, 200719 yr Its like a argument between myself that never ends. :argue: Exactly. And the only way to overcome it seems to be to listen to my imaginary friends on BGP....
October 1, 200719 yr I like UK's chances against South Carolina. LSU is a great team so we would have to play our best game and have some breaks along the way. I think you have to give UK a chance in every game along the way with what the offense and defense has showed it is capable of. :thumb:My thoughts.
October 1, 200719 yr I heard that if UK wins Thursday night, there is a VERY good chance Gameday will be in Lexington the following week... Pretty good source... You'd think...I mean a win @ South Carolina and UK is going to be 6-0 and no lower than #8 playing host to #1 LSU. I really hope we can win the Thursday game just so we can experience that monster game atmosphere in Lexington. Obviously, we've been hyped before to play the big shots in the SEC... ...but this would be the first time I can remember when the whole nation would have it's eyes on Kentucky. Imagine the hype...two undefeated top ten teams clash in Commonwealth. I definitely think beating LSU is a steep challenge, but not impossible. Especially sandwiched between home games against Florida and Auburn for the Tigers...it's possible they could have a letdown after the Florida game...or look ahead to a possibly rejuvinated Auburn team...or just take UK lightly because they blasted us 49-0 last year. But, we gotta take care of business Thursday night to reach that point...one dream at a time...and this week's dream is beating the Ol' Ballcoach.

I would like nothing more than to beat South Carolina and rub Spurrier's nose in it for all those times he was throwing the ball with 1 minute left and up 65-0 and 73-7.
October 1, 200719 yr This is great! We have every right to dream this big. They are playing great! I have been a loyal UK football fan for a lot of years and I have had to defend myself for remaining a fan. I'm sure there are many more like me. We deserve to dream big! We deserve to enjoy this season to the fullest! GO CATS!!
