After the first few games of the season, which conference do you think has the best league. Also which conference will have the best shot at the National Title??

 

 

Best Conference: SEC

Best shot at the Title: USC

I think that this year (read: not all years, this year) the SEC is the best conference... And I believe LSU will manhandle everyone on their way to the championship.

Right now, I think the SEC is slightly ahead of the Pac-10 for best conference.

 

I think USC is the best team, so I have to give them the best shot at the title, but I think they have a tougher road than LSU. Yes, you read that right. They have late season games @ Oregon, @ Cal, and @ Arizona State, plus the always dangerous rivalry game with UCLA. LSU's supposed toughest game is at home against Florida, with road games @ Kentucky and Alabama.

...and more than likely a league championship game with Florida. That is what will almost always make an SEC team's road to the NC much tougher.

I agree on the SEC and imo either USC, Oklahoma, LSU or Florida are the top cantidats for a Championship with a possible WVU.

 

So.....SEC is BY FAR the best conference and imo the Pac10 and/or SEC and Big12 have good shot at the title. I am not as high on the Pac10 as a whole as some othrs are but USC makes them a leader in the chase for the NC.

No way LSU will manhandle there way to the SEC crown..thats even if they get there.

I think its pretty clear the SEC is the top conference at this point (even if its not because of the teams we though it would be before the season).

SEC is by far the best conference. The Pac-10 or Big 12 is probably number 2 and I'm a little more likely to lean towards the Big 12. Simply put I would take Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Nebraska, against anyone not named USC in the Pac 10. So is USC that good yes, does that mean the rest of the conference is that good no.

Year in and year out the SEC is the best conference in college football, as it is this year.
