I see us maybe losing to games- LSU and Florida.....

Possbly having a good chance of beating the Gators.

Remember both of these games are at home......

Please don't forget:

UK's offensive line is young, inexperienced, and weak. That will play a major factor going into the meat of the schedule.

Also, the defensive line has been plagued with injuries which will factor in as well.

These 9-3, 8-4 predictions are too lofty in my opinion. 6-6 or 7-5 is much more attainable/realistic and then anything better than that, is purely a bonus.

Let's beat Arkansas and start this murderous schedule out at 4-0!

I'm not sure that starts with Florida Atlantic.

8-4 is where I see the Cats now. I thought 7-5, but was not counting the UL game as a W. I will stick with my 7-5 pick as long as they continue to improve and the O line continues to develop. If they can pull it out in Fayetteville, they should be 5-0 and that would put them in line for 8-4, possibly an outside chance at 9-3. This O line is blocking much better than I thought they would this early, both in pass protection and on running plays.

One game at a time, one a week. Thats what WE say at Alabama. Coach Saban says "We want to win every game we play".

Remember Northwestern a few years ago? Brian Musso was a wideout and they surprised a few folks.

Kentucky will have to play well, very well every game from here on out. I don't see them beating LSU, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina or Tennessee. Miss State and Vandy won't be easy either. I see them at 6-6 or 7-5.

Nobody thought UK would beat UL either! You have to believe you can win and the team thinks and believes they can win every game this year. They will beat another team or 2 that no one gives them a shot to win.

I agree...Arkansas is a huge game if UK wants anything more than 7 wins. They should be FAU, so we could be looking at a 5-0 start. That is crucial because to me the three game stretch (@ South Carolina, LSU, Florida) is the three toughest games on UK's schedule and they'll be lucky to win one of them. Beating Arkansas is the difference between coming out of that stretch with a winning record (5-3), or being .500 (4-4). How will UK respond if they lose to Arkansas and then lose three in a row? Hopefully we won't have to find out. They could still close the season out with 4 wins, because I think both Georgia and Tennessee are very winnable games...hopefully they can at least win 3 of the 4.

Personally, I think they'll lose all three of those games, beat FAU, Miss State and Vandy and split with Georgia and Tennesse, which means the Arkansas game could be the difference in a 8-4 season, or a 7-5 season...big game.

I think UK has a decent chance against everyone except LSU and Florida. So, depending on how they look against Arkansas and after, could change my opinion on how the other swing games could go.

That would LSU and Florida for me...other than that, I think they have a reasonable, if not good, chance to beat anyone they play.

Who would want LSU and UF back to back. Home or not, that is brutal! The defending national champ and both are legit contenders for it this season!
