I thought Brossart was only JV??? I don't see B-woods starters being in long at all..

When six classes came out they jumped up to varsity play. With the smaller districts it made sense.

I'm sure it will be so lopsided that Coach Rash will tell his team to "not" score after it starts to get out of hand.

Where are the Brossart home games being played? I don't remember ever hearing where they finally ended up reaching an agreement to play at.

You are correct on all accounts however, remember that football is also being played on Sat nights also. Game is Sat at Newport, 7pm.

I think everyone should give the BB boys some credit! I very much doubt they think they can compete against a 1A powerhouse like Beechwood. But they will show up! They will play with Pride, and I will cheer for the guts they show on Saturday. If you have time, come to Newport on Saturday night and welcome the Mustangs to our family of varsity athletics!

You know I did vote for Brossart but its only because I am just happy to see all of these schools get football and I am offering my support. I was driving out near the fairgrounds the other day and saw them practicing. That is not a level or great surface. I award those Mustangs with some man-points for toughing it out.
