October 16, 200718 yr I'm a 30 now in Team Slayer, just got to 30 last night. I found it incredibly difficult to get to around 13-14, but then you start playing with experienced people that know what they're doing and my rank jumped significantly when I didn't have to carry the entire team. My goal has been more just getting MVP than just the win.

October 16, 200718 yr Question : What do you guys think of people who brag about being so good at Halo 3 but all they play is Forge Slayer?? Wont play customs or matchmaking because they say the game is "too slow" this way. I played with some of these guys the other day and it made me mad something awful. As the game begins they all "forge" a sword for themselves and then switch back to the monitor floating ball. They float around, drop down and strike you with the sword then fly off. What do you think? HONESTLY!! Honestly haven't even been in a forge lobby yet lol. Just trying to move up in TS and get to a Brigadier, General status may have to wait til around christmas time.:fire:

If not, then it must be nice only having to go to school and not work close to 40 hours a week. One thing I've noticed is it's getting alot harder to level up, we won 14 out of 16 games and I only leveled up once no joke. Made it to 45 tonight but it's frustrating, I'm gonna start having to pick up some of these GT's of guys I play against cuz I'm getting sick of barely winning games when I go plus 10.
October 28, 200718 yr How are you guys doing on achievements? I've got all but one, an overkill in Lone Wolves. I have been praying all night to get Crazy King at The Pit, but no dice. It's so difficult considering that there are only five players in a game on Lone Wolves, and you're one of them. So essentially you have to kill every other player, and to do that you need them all in the same place at the same time. Very frustrating.
