This one will be played in a bowl game in Cadiz. Neither team looked good last week from what I heard. I say Hoptown by 11.

I say Marshall by 10 to 14

Marshall is very solid...McCallie would do the same to most Ky teams with exception to maybe Trinity, X and Highlands...I think they'll rebound this week and take care of business...MC 28 Hop 14

I think a lot of points will be scored in this one. I think Hopkinsville will score six more though.

McCallie wasn't that good. Marshall played poorly.

They're one of the favorites to win the DII AA private division in Tn..They were state runnerup to Brentwood Academy last yr..Lost 37-34... They also spanked MBA last year, who happened to have beaten Trinity the past few years..May not be as good as last years team, but, they're certainly good.

Marshall may have played poorly, but, teams of that caliber can make you look bad...I don't think theres a handful of teams in Ky who could beat them or at least would be a favorite to beat them...

I agree....I was looking for more from McCallie, but after talking to Trey Tucker their AD the night of the game...McCallie lost a ton to graduation last year. McCallie can be very good by the end of their season...the reminded me of Tilghman as far as their speed on the outside...but Marshall made them look a lot better than what they actually are right now...McCallie had a very fast RB and their QB had a nice arm...just not accurate...and McCallie's "D" had some very noticeable open holes...Marshall County just could not do anything right offensively that night and looked to me as if they did not come out and play with any intensity. Would have liked to have seen Mayfield play McCallie as you would have seen a much different game...not saying Mayfield would have won...but would have been very competitive.

Think theres any inkling of a Mayfield/McCallie matchup down the road? (Hint, Hint)

Doubtful as McCallie had just a one year contract with the Alliance Bowl...I would have liked to have seen it though

Marshall by two touchdowns........
