Which Teams have the hardest hitting Defenses in each of the six classes?

Rockcastle defense is always at the top of its game they will be great on defense.

With the two LB's at Trinity this year, I'd say the Rocks will be hitting opposing offenses VERY hard

Everybody talks about the two LB's for Trinity, but the other two OLB hit just as hard, one was even a first team all district last year....

The Bardstown tigers have had one of the top defenses in the entire state the past two years, and return many starters, they should definitely be considered for hardest hitting defenses in "AA"

I agree Villa, Deeds will bring it on every play. Has he put on any size this year?

I would have to say with Logan Armstrong & Brent Simpkins leading the Cardinal "D". Mayfield will have a VERY hard hitting team. Logan who is also playing QB is one of the hardest hitters Mayfield has had in a long time!

Neil Johnston and Blake Roberts from Owensboro will put it on you! Neil Johnston was all-state last year, C.J.

Johnson Central is usually pretty physical!

In spite of popular opinion, Mercer won it all with Defense last year. Most of that crew is back, and they have more than capable kids of restocking what they lost from last year.

Mason county will have a very hard hitting defense.

The OLB's appear to be in the 180-190 lb range.

One thing about Tony Saylor is, even if his defenses aren't the most talented around, he makes sure they hit as hard or harder than anyone else.
