That is the first time that I have heard that he is a great three point shooter. I have heard he will hit a couple and keep people honest but has a ways to go to become a good perimeter shooter. I have heard his shot is not the prettiest, kind of shoots it off his shoulder.

I have heard he is pretty reliable with his shot in closer to the basket.

In the one game I saw Rose Hill this year, against Central in the King of the Bluegrass, Euton had a horrible shooting game. I'm told he's a good, not necessarily a great, perimeter shooter ... at his size, though, he doesn't necessarily have to be, just good enough to keep defenses honest.

 

I'm looking forward to seeing Euton in the Marshall County Hoopfest this year ... Rose Hill will play Marshall on Saturday afternoon, I think.

I'd say 45% makes him a pretty good option from the arc. Anyone know how many attempts?

This is great news for our end of the state! It's always great to have a local boy to cheer for. Congrats to Euton and I hope he develops his game even more over the next couple years and makes a BIG impact at UK!

Congrats to Dakota Euton ! :thumb: This is great new for Euton, his family, Rose Hill High School and the 16th Region. I can only hope that posters will not "nit pick" this kid all the way through his h.s. carrer bc of this. This is a great accomplishment for a great kid. I will be proud to see a kid from our area/region wearing the U.K. Blue!!

Congratulations to Dakota, Clay, and Pam. He is a great player and they are a wonderful family. Couldn't happen to a better group of people.
