June 1, 200719 yr Personally, I think it is a expensive. I took my daughter there for lunch Sunday and the bill came to $60.00 after the tip. We each had an entree with soft drinks and split a piece of cake. Last year we ate at one in Columbus. It was a large group so they automatically added in the tip which was ok with everyone. However, one of the parents ordered a few dinners to go and they added the tip to the take out as well. I thought that was a bit much. Food is ok, but I would never wait an hour to go there.
June 1, 200719 yr Their cheesecake truly is unbelievable and I don't even like cheesecake. Not a big fan of the restaurant though.
June 1, 200719 yr I have visited the one in Chicago several times. Located at the bottom of the Hancok Tower. Food is excellent! Have not been to the one in Kenwood - yet! If you go to Chicago - get reservations at the C-cake factor first, then go to the 95th floor and enjoy a few drinks and a great view of downtown Chicago and lake Michigan. After a few drinks, head on down to the first floor and enjoy a great dinner....
June 1, 200719 yr It's one of my favorite places to eat. I love the variety of the menu. For desert, I like to keep it simple. Cheesecake cover in strawberries. Delicious!
June 1, 200719 yr It is expensive, but its well worth it! I have eaten at the one in Louisville and the one in Indianapolis and I was pleased both times! :thumb:
June 1, 200719 yr I've only been once but I don't remember it being all that expensive. I thought the food was good and it was also plenty.
June 2, 200719 yr Author Fish tacos are $13.95, my daughter likes the Sunrise Fiesta Burrito; either $9.95 or $10.95; my wife will generally get a soup and salad. Total bill, including dessert (which they split) is about $50 for the three of us. http://www.cheesecakefactory.com/menu.htm
June 2, 200719 yr Ooo I love it. Matter of fact, I am going up to Kenwood for dinner tonight and now I might have to stop there to get a cheesecake!
June 3, 200719 yr Thanks for the menu, I ordered the chicken and biscuits during my trip and it was good.
