Going with my heart in this one, hoping that the young Thorobreds can find a way to make it 4 in a row.

As always in HS baseball--Any ideas who's pitching??

Dye a Freshman may get the nod for Harrison. Both Martins are eligible. Lewis is not eligible to pitch.

Just voted for my cards to win...so far the only one. Will have to wait till the rest of the GRC faithful get in from the game. Looks like we may be the only ones voting for us.

Believe this will be a great game. Hope that GRC experiece will pull them through. HC has a young club, but both coaching staffs know how to win. Should be a very exciting game.

The team with the most runs will win. Anyway should be another dandy. Cards won first matchup 3-2 at Harrison. Never know on a neutral field. Good luck to the cards.

Obviously, I'm going with my cards! Harrison has already seen Greene, but was tough on the mound in their first meeting & don't think it will change in this appearance. Sure it will be a great game, but hoping the officiating will have their heads on a bit straighter this game. Go CARDS!!

Should be a great game just like today's games. I have to go with the Cards however.

It won't get any easier for the winner, having to face the 11th winner.

Got to go with the Cards!!! Should be a great game by two great programs on the field. It will no doubt be a battle till the last out...:thumb:

I agree BB..like you I am going with my Cards. Hope someone can give us updates.:thumb:

Really think experience takes ove in this one. Gives the Cards the upper hand. Whoever wins will have there hands full next week with either Catholic or Dunbar

GRC is a very good team. They will prevail in this "titanic struggle".

I must admit, I do not know the make-up of most of the 10th Region teams, but if Harrison County is to be beaten, it had better come tonight. With the number of good young players the Breds have, this could be their "down" year, compared to the next several campaigns.

I'm afraid, that GRC may be a bit too experienced and talented for this year's Breds, but I am confident that Coach Whitaker can manufacture a couple of runs. If the pitching and defense are solid, Harrison Co. has a chance. If it becomes a high-scoring game, due either to great hitting or poor defense, then GRC wins, IMO.

The heart says HC, the head says maybe not.

Can't imagine a scenario where the outcome would be a surprise to me.
