It's a stressful job and I take my fair share of cussings per day... You just live to learn to take it all with a grain of salt... I play a lot of solitaire... Let them scream at me for a few minutes and when I think they're done unmute the phone and say "is there anything else I can do for you?" That's good stuff.
Try the old "Let 'em speak to a supervisor" routine -- and then transfer them to the guy in the next cubicle. Works every time! :thumb:
