Let them scream at me for a few minutes and when I think they're done unmute the phone and say "is there anything else I can do for you?" That's good stuff.Try the old "Let 'em speak to a supervisor" routine -- and then transfer them to the guy in the next cubicle. Works every time! :thumb:
