Ohio State 67 Georgetown 60

The refs were horrible in taking both big men out of the first half with weak fouls.

Two no calls that was fouls on G–Town were horrible also.

The first was when the Buckeye player was knocked to the floor when shooting the ball. A very obvious foul. The second one was on the last play of the half when Conley was raped not once but twice.

11:15 left and Lighty called with the softest foul over can you say b-s? This is college not girls Jr. High.

7:28 left Butler on fast break fouled twice no call, again. Butler was still able to score putting the Buckeyes up by six.

4:55 LEFT IN THE GAME Oden knocked to floor hard on shot and as usual no foul called but, state gets a steal and scores to go up eight with 4:35 left.

1:05 left Conley knocked out of bounds no call again and this time G-Town gets the ball and scores to make the game a little closer than it should be.(61-54)

67-60 NOT A PROBLEM FOR THE buckeyes.

Hibberts 4th foul was just as weak. Lighty never would have gotten to the ball. They called Hibbert for being to close to him on a box out...?? I sure didnt see that foul.

Lets not forget the Oden bull run that should of been a charge. Green was no where to be found for G-town and it cost them.

Osu won.. I hope UF gets a chance to put it on them again.

Now you have to wonder what this does to Green's draft stock. I'd rather not see him again in Big East play...

You think the foul on Green maybe when Oden ran over him was a just blocking call? Besides the officials only Ohio State fans will call that a just call. Yes the officials were bad but not just for Georgetown but for Ohio State as well. They were bad in general and Ohio State just so happened to not let it get to them.

I thought the Hoyas would win this one...Props to OSU for reaching the title game in basketball and football.

I dont have a problem with fouls bring called obviously part of the game. What ticks me off is when Refs aren't constant, and they weren't in this game.

I don't think the BEast player of the year comes back because of one mediocre game.

He did have 9 points, 12 boards, and 3 assists. He shot 4/5. He just wasn't aggresive enough getting into the game offensively.

I'll reserve my props for after the title game... because in football, they deserved no pats on the back for getting there.

And that's my concern with his draft status...

OSU was great in transition the last few minutes of the game. Lewis is money in the bank from the free throw line. I think he is 100% in the tourney.

Matta is proving to be a lot better than some have suggested.

Hats off to J. Thompson III. He and his Hoyas had a great run that just came up short.

No that one was on Oden but, I thin k the refs were trying to make up for some of the no-calls earlier in the game.:D

I've never seen him like that, though. Is it bad enough to be a hand-wringing concern?

Remember how bad Cisco was in the Final Four? He had 4 points. I think Green's draft status is fine.

I didn't see anything special from the bench.

He's been very passive on that end all season. He's a team guy to a fault a lot of the time...
