For TBERs and non-TBERs alike, I honestly hope that UK sees the success in the next 10 years that we have seen in the last 10 years.

 

Or would anyone have a problem with the next 10 years being...

A National Championship.

A Final 4 appearance.

4 Elite 8 appearances.

Never missing the NCAA tournament.

An undefeated SEC season and tournament run.

Averaging 26 wins per season.

Posting the 12th and 13th 30 win seasons in UK history.

And all the time being a class act and representing the state of KY well.

The UK empire was already falling thanks to the past two years, next year would have been the worst, and now will most definately be the worst. Everyone needs to calm down and realize that Tubby left on his own, was not forced out, but just couldn't handle the pressure.

 

Theres so many on here who act like Kentucky is just an average team, and the accomplishments of the last 10 years are out of this world. For any other average team, true they would be. However, KENTUCKY is not average, and belongs back on top of the college basketball landscape, not being left out of the entire top 25. Some people can keep thinking this is the end of thw rold all they want, but trust,.........Kentucky will be back on top in the next 3-5, and that is where they belong, and as a fan I cannot wait to see this.

Tubby Smith is not Kentucky basketball, and Kentucky basketball will be able to live and survive without him. I am grateful for what he has done, but I am also ready to start getting out program back to where it should be.:thumb:

Bunch of studs on that team, they are one of the all time best when it comes down to pure athletic ability. :mad:
