According to Wikipedia, Williams Arena is one of only three remaining (Bradley, Vandy) arenas that has this feature. I think Purdue changed theirs in the late '90s.

Funny thing -- the Wikipedia entry said that in its day, it was the biggest college hoops arena in the country (from 1950-71). However, I have to question this, given Freedom Hall's being opened in 1956. It kind of makes me wonder if there have been major changes w/re to seating capacity since 1950 in both arenas.

Yes a better COACH, RECRUITER, and MOTIVATOR. Maybe not a better person, because I have nothing to say bad about Tubby Smith as a person. I just feel like it was time for a change. He's not a bad coach, but his time here was at its end...
