March 17, 200719 yr Na....I say they go old school style with the 1978 team.... Goose is 51 years old. I'm just not sure he's still got game.
March 17, 200719 yr Kentucky finally pulled away in an ugly game and did what they were supposed to...Got the W. Morris for some reason shot 15 free throws, and pushed UK to the win...Good luck with Kansas. :thumb:

March 17, 200719 yr He was getting butchered.... They called a foul on whoever was guarding him every other time he touched the ball...That seems a bit excessive, JMO...

March 17, 200719 yr They called a foul on whoever was guarding him every other time he touched the ball...That seems a bit excessive, JMO... And he was knocked down on 80-90% of those.....They were getting their money's worth with the fouls.
March 17, 200719 yr The 69 Mets had Seaver, Koosman, Gentry, Taylor, McGraw and Ryan. The Cats need a little more for me to believe. Those guys you list couldn't play defense. Well, maybe a couple of them could. They did however put up a lot of three's.

Morris hit the deck 2, maybe 3 times. He shot 15 or 16 free throws which is at least 8 trips to the line...Sounds a little less than 90% to me...
March 17, 200719 yr What was the story behind D. Perry starting, what happened?? I think Tubby had a $1 bet with Randolph and Mortimer Duke that he could start some guy without even a name on his jersey and still beat his much rumored replacement.
