This will be my first 10th region experience, looking at the start times for each game. Do they clear the gym or do you pay once and can enjoy both games.

 

I already plan on arriving an hour early each day, should I just camp out to MAKE SURE I get a good seat? lol

The gym is cleared after each game. Go out get you something to eat and get back for the second game. This format is just like the one they use at the state tournament. Good 10th region games and good eating who could ask for anything else?
