What was the record last year between McCreary and Wayne?

 

I think the Raiders swept them if I'm not mistaken..

Hey I would have to think John Hardin win was an upset?

Well, not upsets with respect to state contenders, because neither of them really were, but both Central Hardin and E-Town got knocked off tonight, and they were pretty much 1-2 for the 5th Region crown. I think those are the most major so far.

Thats the ones I was going to post. Although maybe not a state contender almost everyone thought that Central Hardin would win the 5th region and make some noise. I guess this hurts Pettigrew's colleges chances(I mean at a Major University) also at ETown, alot of the scouts like attend the regional and state games to see how kids react to that environmemt. and with ETown out that means no Pettigrew also.

Nahhhhh, 11 point win, Silver Grove is just a very hard team to prepare for...

 

This doesnt make sense, they play them typically 3 times a year and have been seeing many of the same faces in Pelle/Wiseman/Pelle for over 2 yrs. IF Code has a tough time preparing for these guys than he has issues. They escaped wiht their 4th qtr comeback and need to step up their game if they want to get past Mason Co.

That's all fine and dandy, but you're still not doing a very good job of convincing me that it was an upset all three times that Wayne County beat McCreary Central this year, two times by double figures. I doubt anyone else on here is buying it either.

 

Shue if we were in court you would win this argument on wheter this was an upset or not.

 

But I considered it a mild upset. I know that Wayne had beaten McCreary twice, I know that Wayne was the 2 seed and McCreary the 3 seed. But most people in this area still think McCreary had the most talent, and would win the game last night.

 

If you look at the season records and how they fared against common opponents, and Lex. Hearld ratings, it could be considered an upset.
