Stay on the topic of the thread and off each other, along with the disparaging comments.....Not needed.

WOW the refs were one sided and Scott County still won. By the way the technical was given to Billy but it was actually an assistant who said something. Matt Walls in my opinion should have just won Mr. Basketball. There is no kid in the state that has more heart and is more clutch. Anybody that can have their eye cut open twice and turns away from the refs in the game so he doesn't come out gets my vote.

scheat40...what did Coach Hicks say when he got the T. I was on the other side of the court and couldn't hear. Since you say it was weak, perhaps you could enlighten us as why.

Billy was walking back and talking to another coach about the defense

not running past and turn the player.

He was not even talking to the ref when he got the T.

And i was sitting about 6' from the bench

from what I saw it looked like the technical was given and then an assistant patted his chest to show that it was his fault. That is just what I observed

Markus Burchfield is a name to keep an eye on. He is only a sophmore and he can shoot the ball very well. Should be a solid player when he gets more game experience. SOunded like he provided a few solid minutes late in the game.

Markus Birchfield is a Junior. But yes he is goin to be a very good to watch next year. The reason why is because when he is in he plays as hard as he can go. Just lik graduating Jimmi Warren this year.
