Our 1s were done after a quarter'ish. Freshman's game was cancelled on Thursday, and its Cov Cath week coming up.

Harrison Co has a choice to bail on District games like Holmes chose too. Instead they played the game, kudos to them.

By whom? There was a running clock in the first. The starting QB threw 6 passes. The freshmen team's QB played the third. The freshmen team's backup QB played the fourth. They called up other freshmen to specifically play in this game and get some good experience.

Say more. Stand up and say it with your chest. 3rd and long screen play by the freshman back up is not a jerk move. Playing the entire freshman team in the fourth is not a jerk move.

Where did you read that? If you read this thread you would see HHS NEVER went for two. They did not convert one PAT on a bad hold/snap and it was HC who went for two.

Not only did HHS get the JV kicker in, they also got the Freshman kicker in to do PATs.

It's not Highlands fault Harrison county is on the schedule. Talk to the KHSAA Programs like Highlands intend to keep developing talent. And with the HHS schedule the next 2 weeks, they have to stay sharp. Kudos to Harrison for showing up in a tough situation and playing the game and not giving up.

On another note... look around the state scoreboardlast night. There must've been a lot of "jerks" out there.

Jerk move? On who? And how do you shorten quarters. So you go over to Harrison HC and say "hey coach, you know we are going to score 78 on you. Let's only play 8 min quarters to make it easier for your kids to handle.” Ok that would go over big. Could you see the people that would be calling Highlands arrogant for that move. Just stop!
