Keys to (upset) victory for the Tigers:

  • Limit explosive plays by Elder

  • Win or tie the turnover battle

  • Have a "make a difference" special teams play

  • First downs and opportunistic scoring by the offense

This will be a tall task for the Tigers against a very good Purple Panther squad. My head says Panthers, my heart says Tigers.

Hope the Tiger fans here on BGP enjoy the trip to The Pit. An absolutely awesome place to experience a Friday night high school football game.

The one time I was there a Sheriff's Helicopter landed at midfield with the Game Ball Sort of scary - lots of folks around, in THE PIT - Hoping those Blades didn't come apart Good Luck.

The Tigers have leaned on the running game against Bowling Green and Male. In their lose to Owensboro, the Tiger offense put the ball in the air a lot and I don't think that's the formula for this yea

Elder QB with a big scramble/run down inside the 5.

    Touchdown Panthers!

Hard to do but have to know where QB is at all times because he can run.

Elder FG no good. Elder 7-0. 4:12 1Q. Tigers dodge bullet after bad punt.

X defense held and Elder missed a field goal. X's Offense looks awful. Interception.
