St. X got in redzone multiple times but couldn't get any points so give credit to Elder red zone defense. St. X had two interceptions also that didn't help the offense. Defense played better in 2nd half but Elder probably took foot off the gas some having big lead but was Elder lowest point out put of the season barely.

X never ran the ball with Highfield at all. He is 200 pounds, fast and runs very hard. He's a red zone ne back. There is no explanation for the offense. The litany of penalties an especially the personal fouls are hard to stomach and there does not appear to be any consequences for getting one. It's not what has always been expected of the team at St X. And not giving the senior quarterback a chance ...

Hope the Tiger fans here on BGP enjoy the trip to The Pit. An absolutely awesome place to experience a Friday night high school football game.

The Tigers have leaned on the running game against Bowling Green and Male. In their lose to Owensboro, the Tiger offense put the ball in the air a lot and I don't think that's the formula for this yea
