Reds now led the Tigers 6-1 on a 2-run bomb by Elly to deep left center.

Poor Laz Diaz is again behind the plate tonight and so far the Reds have appealed two strike calls one was 1" outside and the last one as a whole 1.5 inches low.

Reds now up 8-2 on a Stewart single scoring Hayes and Friedl. The still have runners on first and 3rd with 1 out.

Reds get an insurance run in the bottom of the 8th on a solo shot by Friedl his first of the season. The Reds now lead 9-2.

Reds win again a lot easier tonight 9-2 over the Tigers to improve to a NL Central leading record of 18-9. They will go for a series sweep tomorrow afternoon with first pitch at 1:40om. Go Reds!!
