Last year they played Fairdale in Week 1 as part of the Fort Harrod Bowl at Mercer County, and Mercer County faced Tates Creek. I haven't seen anything out there as of yet about the 2026 Fort Harrod Bowl to confirm which team plays which.

I still haven't seen any official schedule releases out of any of the 4 teams that were involved in last year's Fort Harrod Bowl (Woodford/Mercer/Tates Creek/Fairdale). I heard some rumblings about the bowl being in question this year back around the same point in time that Coach Yeast stepped down; I'm not sure if there's necessarily any truth to the rumors about the bowl, or if Coach Burns' arrival at Mercer might have changed that at all.

Regardless, I still haven't seen anything anywhere - including Arbiter, Hudl, and MaxPreps - showing the two remaining games for Woodford County. So that leaves them with three open dates to fill with two games on Aug 21, Aug 28, and/or Sep 25.

Definitely born and raised in Lexington, played for the Lexington Ravens, then the Louisville Chargers (along with fellow Lexingtonians and Ravens Justyn Perez and Jeremiah Turner).

Official schedule looks like Bourbon County was add to the schedule for Morgan and Morgan bowl at Woodford.
