Louisville (7-0) travel to Arkansas (5-2). Tipoff at 7:15 pm. Louisville is a 3.5 pt favorite. Coach John Calipari has long been the nemesis of Louisville and former Louisville Coach Kenny Payne will also be on the Arkansas bench. Two frosh phenoms will be going head-to-head with Louisville's Mikel Brown Jr. and Arkansas's Darius Acuff. I see this as a high scoring game and will be a tough road game for the Cards.

  • I don't have a good feeling about this one. First true road test for the Cards in a tough environment. We'll see how they respond.

Have fun.  Gainbridge is a great arena for watching a game.

  • This wasn't even the biggest problem, really. They played horrific defense in the first half.  Arkansas also went to the line I think 35 times.

I never feel good about road games regardless of opponent. The home dog some time bites.

In general, road games don't bother me. But Arkansas has dudes, regardless of what their ranking says.

I think if we play our game, we win, but I'm not nearly as confident in this one as I was for UC.

I am ready for this game, the two games last night were exciting.

I think Arkansas is more talented.  I think Louisville has the best player on the floor.  I think Louisville is a better team right now.  I think Arkansas gets the W.

I would assume Arkansas is going to try to run Louisville off the three point line. Ark certainly can't shoot it as well as Louisville, so if the Cards are knocking down shots, that bodes well.

41-24 Arkansas with 331 left in the half.  It has been tough sledding..

Cards beaten bad at free throw line. Plus worst 3 pt shooting of season which Arkansas has really made it a point to get out on the shooters. Home teams play fired up so have to meet them at their intensity. We'll see if Cards play better in 2nd half.

This guy is elite at digging up Louisville stats.

2nd half just started, 47-29.
